The linkage analysis uses scatterplots to show how Sustainable Society Index is linked to all other indicators of the set, e.g. to "Original SSI". Switzerland scores "good" for Sustainable Society Index (Y axis, 693 points) and "excellent" for Original SSI (X axis, 968 points). In contrast, United States scores "fair" for Sustainable Society Index (Y axis, 561 points) and "fair" for Original SSI (X axis, 627 points; settings: embedded mode, group: EU-15+NAFTA+Least DC+OPEC).
